Democrats cant run elections is presumed reason that electronic voting results of Permanent State Convention Committees have not been announced.

Grassroots Democrats are livid the state party is openly demonstrating its ineptitude.
Three separate candidates for state party positions said the Texas Democratic Party still has not provided any insight into election results.

Additionally, the silence from Gilberto Hinojosa – while the state party is bleeding dollars – is overwhelming killing any chance state Democrats had to win statewide.
Democrats are in a fight to replace Ted Cruz in the United States Senate.
Two clear patterns emerge though.
First, the state party is destroying its arguments for electronic voting to go public.
Second, they are killing Democratic enthusiasm across the state.
One college aged Democrat said he is considering skipping El Paso altogether.
He said, “It is obvious that they can not handle the basic functions of a party any more and we can’t wait for them to figure it out.”
“These types of games are why young voters do not participate,” he continued. “We want results quickly and electronic voting was supposed to provide that.”
